What Happens When You Call

A real person answers and listens first. We will ask what you have noticed, roughly how old the house is and what kind of roof it has, whether that is tile, shingle or a flat roof with parapet walls. Many homes around Florence, Coolidge and Casa Grande have been patched more than once, so we also ask what you know about past repairs. Then we find a time to come look.

At the visit we check the roof and, when we can, the attic or ceiling below. Older roofs often hide things like dried-out underlayment beneath tile, mismatched patches or flashing from an earlier era. We take photos, show you what we found and explain whether roof repair will do or whether roof replacement is worth discussing. You get a written estimate and time to think it over.

Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call

1. A short description of the problem, such as a ceiling stain, loose tiles or water after a monsoon storm.
2. The approximate age of the house and of the roof, if you know it.
3. Any paperwork or memories of past repairs, even rough ones like the year someone recoated the flat section.
4. A few days and times that work for a visit at your home.
